Membership Conditions and Commitments

By submitting this application, you confirm your understanding and agreement with the following conditions:

Age Eligibility

I confirm I am between 18 and 35 years old.

Commitment to Mentorship

I commit to actively engaging with and receiving guidance from an assigned HFA mentor.

Mandatory Project Course

I will enroll in and complete the "HFA Project Implementation: Ethics & Sustainability" course within 3 months.

Annual Fee Payment

I agree to pay the non-refundable annual membership fee of $100 USD upon approval.

Ethical Standards

I will adhere to the HFA Code of Conduct and uphold integrity and professionalism.

Active Participation

I commit to contributing at least 40 hours of volunteer time or active participation per year.
